User Verification

Before someone rents an item, they must provide their name, email, phone number, and payment information. To become fully verified, renters are also required to submit a government-issued ID. For peace of mind, we encourage you to rent only to fully verified users.

You also have the freedom to set specific rules for your items. For example, you can request that items be cleaned before being returned or rented only to individuals with prior experience using them.

Profiles and Reviews

Yoodlize makes it easy to check out potential renters by viewing their profiles and reading reviews left by others who’ve rented to them. Reviews are based on real rentals, ensuring you get an accurate sense of who you’re dealing with. If you have questions or concerns, you can chat with potential renters directly through the app before approving the booking.

Property Damage Coverage

Every booking made by a fully verified renter automatically includes up to $2,000 in damage protection—at no extra cost to you.
